My book on FDA Office of Commissioner, Women's Health, International Drug Evaluations is available

My book on the FDA Office of Commissioner is now available.

The Office of the Commissioner sets policy, administers grants, manages the finances, and performs other administrative duties for the FDA. The main offices within the Office of Commissioner include: Office of Administration, Office of Management, Office of Policy, Office of International Programs, Office of Special Medical Programs, and Office of Women’s Health.


There are nearly 100 offices and programs within the Office of the Commissioner. These offices do the following:
·  create policy and strategic plans for the FDA
·  create budgets for the FDA and provide financial oversight
·  analyze the effectiveness of programs
·  communicate with the public, legislators, and health professionals
·  ensure the safety of drugs made in other countries
·  manage food safety and women’s health programs
·  administer grant programs
·  manage human resources
·  provide legal counsel
